The WHEELS Ministry was formed by Pastor Rod Felomino, the former Senior Pastor of FACT. It became the guiding framework of FACT in implementing various ministries in the church with assigned church elders as accountability leaders for specific ministries.
Congregational Prayer Worship - quarterly during church service or on Saturdays
Praise & Worship Team Practice - every Saturday from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Choir. Known as FACT Chancel Choir, they hold practices every Sunday from 3:30 - 5:00 PM. They also conduct choir cantata on Easter Sunday and Christmas!

Ushering Ministry - welcomes visitors and provides necessary church information
Alliance Men & Women - spearheads church special events, lead men & women fellowships, and get involved in evangelism, mission, and church social concerns

Children's Ministry - conducts Sunday School from Junior Kinder to Elementary school age kids. FACT also hosts annual Children's Christmas Presentation!

FACT Youth - conducts Bible Study or Worship Night on a Friday to young people. Our young people attend youth conferences and summer camps.
Home Bible Study (HBS) groups - are Bible Study groups that meet either Friday or Saturday night in-person or online. FACT has five (5) HBS spread across Toronto and Durham Region.
EVANGELISM & DISCIPLESHIP
Dario Gragasin
FACT implements Evangelism Explosion (EE) as an evangelism tool for sharing the Gospel to prospective believers. Through partnership with EE Canada, FACT conducts workshops such as Share Your Faith, Witnessing as a Way of Life, Classic EE and other EE-related seminars. These seminars are conducted through the leadership of Bro Dario Gragasin. He is also the National Director of EE Canada.
Discipleship to new believers. When the prospective believer accepted Jesus Christ, FACT conducts Bible Study or Discipleship classes to new believers.
Visitors Welcome Package. Welcome Package are given to visitors every Sunday. The package includes a Bible, Welcome Letter from our Pastor, information about FACT, Our Daily Bread, a pen, and a surprise gift.
LEADERSHIP & ADMINISTRATION
Rene Jose
FACT is under the Eastern Canadian District of the Christian & Missionary Alliance (ECD-C&MA) of Canada. Thus, FACT is in close coordination with C&MA in terms of mission giving and administrative support to church workers.
Finance. FACT provides financial reports to Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), Eastern Canadian District (ECD), and maintains an updated monthly financial report in coordination with the Financial Recording Secretary of the Church.
Membership. A database of regular church attendees profile has been recently updated. The church also keeps a weekly attendance. Membership Classes will be conducted within the year
Social Media. FACT has the following social media accounts - Facebook (FACT Mmbrs), Instagram (FACT Mmbrs), YouTube (Filipino Alliance Church of Toronto [Official]), and Mail Chimp.
SOCIAL CONCERNS & SPECIAL EVENTS
Giovanni Dubouzet
Social Concerns - involves providing immediate assistance to visitors, newcomers/immigrants, and international students through the Helping Hand program. This includes providing slightly used clothing or appliances to newcomers and assisting in move-in within Toronto.
Special Events - are annual activities which include Church Family Camp in June, Community BBQ in summertime, Church Anniversary in October, and Christmas Presentations.
